I am currently offering a 15-minute discovery call so you can tell me about your nutritional and wellbeing needs. It is an opportunity to let you know more about how I work and how I can help you. Initial Consultation
Prior to the session you will be sent a short questionnaire to complete.
Initial consultations are 1 hour long. We will start with an introduction and then go through a full medical and dietary assessment. It is really helpful to have a list of any medications you are taking to hand. We will look at any symptoms or specific health concerns you may have and importantly I will ask in detail about your health and lifestyle goals. Towards the end a treatment plan will be defined. We will mutually set achievable goals designed specifically for you. Depending on your preference we can discuss more in depth meal planning if this is something you feel you would like however I don’t often find meal planning to be overly effective but some people do like this approach.
The consultations are very relaxed and an opportunity for you to ask me any questions throughout. If at any point I feel that you would benefit from other health professional’s expertise or support I will be able to refer you on or make appropriate suggestions. Following the consultation, I will email you a summary of the goals and any additional information that I feel will help. I also offer email support in-between appointments,
Practical points
Currently, all consultations are held via zoom and I will send out a link in the days prior. If you are interested in face-to-face appointments please do let me know as this is a service I am looking to offer in the local Bath area.
I run my clinics on Mondays, Fridays and some Saturdays I do understand fitting in appointments can be tricky so I am able to be flexible and offer some evening appointments if required so please do drop me an email to find out more.
Cancellation policy
I do understand that life can be incredible busy and chaotic and that we sometimes need to cancel/reschedule appointments. I’ve been there. I would kindly ask however that if you do need to cancel or reschedule that you give 24 hours’ notice as per our cancellation policy to ensure a full refund is given.
